DETAILED CLEANING

WINDOWS

Prepping Supplies: We gather all the necessary supplies for window cleaning, including window cleaning solution, a squeegee, a microfiber cloth or lint-free towel, a bucket, and a window cleaning tool, such as a window cleaning wand or a sponge.

Soaping the Window: Using the window cleaning sponge, we soap the entire surface of the window with the cleaning solution. We make sure to cover the glass thoroughly making sure all dirt and debris is removed paying extra close attention to stubborn stains.

Squeegeeing: Starting from the top corner of the window, we use a squeegee to remove the cleaning solution from the glass. We work in a continuous motion, pulling the squeegee down or across the window, wiping the blade clean after each pass.

Drying and Detailing: After squeegeeing, we use a microfiber cloth or lint-free towel to wipe any remaining moisture or streaks from the edges and corners of the window. We ensure that the window is left clean, streak-free, and dry.

Cleaning the Window Frames and Tracks: If required, we also clean the window frames, sills, and tracks using a damp cloth or brush. We remove any dirt or debris, and wipe them dry to prevent water damage or mold growth.

Final Inspection: Once all the windows have been cleaned, we perform a final inspection to ensure that they are spotless and streak-free. We touch up any areas that may need additional cleaning or detailing.

By following these steps, we ensure that the windows are thoroughly cleaned, leaving them clear, bright, and sparkling. Regular window cleaning not only improves the appearance of your home or office but also allows more natural light to enter and enhances the overall ambiance of the space.

THOROUGH CLEANING & REPAIR

GUTTERS

Safety Precautions: Before starting the gutter cleaning process, we prioritize safety. We wear gloves, safety goggles, and sturdy footwear to protect ourselves from debris and potential hazards. We also use a stable ladder and ensure it is securely positioned on a flat surface.

Gather Supplies: We gather all the necessary supplies for gutter cleaning, including a sturdy ladder, a leaf blower, sometimes a bucket and gutter scoop if leaf blower can’t do the job, and a garden hose with a spray nozzle, if the downspouts are clogged we spray down the spouts to unclog.

Clearing Debris: on some roofs we can walk the roof with our leaf blower and blow out all of the debris and then walk around the property blowing the debris that fell out off of the gutters to a designated location.

Flushing Gutters: After removing the larger debris from gutters we spray down the downspouts if needed to unclog them.

Inspection and Repairs: While cleaning the gutters, we also inspect them for any signs of damage or leaks. We look for loose or damaged gutter sections, missing or damaged hangers, and any other issues that may require repair or replacement. We make note of these issues and inform the homeowner. We do not make repairs but we do inform homeowners of damage so they can get it fixed.

Regular gutter cleaning is essential to prevent clogs, water damage, and potential structural issues. By following these steps, we ensure that the gutters are clear and functioning properly, allowing rainwater to flow away from the roof and foundation of the building. This helps maintain the integrity of the property and protects it from potential water damage.
